CURRENT AFFAIRS: CBN extends deadline for BVN registration to October 31st
Good news guys!
Central Bank of Nigeria has extended the deadline for the Bank
Verification Number, BVN, registration to October 31st. The Apex bank
had earlier fixed today June 30th as the deadline for the registration.
Hopefully more Nigerians would have completed their registration before
the new deadline elapses

Nigerian artistes are sometimes known to be reckless with their
music videos. Sometimes ago, Olamide shot a video for his song, ‘Story
For The gods’, which some people were not happy about because it showed
ladies intending to caress each other. Popular Nigerian
artiste, Davido, did a song with US-based artiste, Meek Mill entitled
‘Fans Mi’ and he recently released the video. But this seems to
have landed him in trouble because of a scene
WEIRD NEWS: Japanese women fall in Love with handsome gorilla
Japan is
pretty strange when it comes to sex. They get it on less than any other
country, yet they’re also some of the most deviant people on the planet
what with their octopus sex cartoons and used underwear vending
machines. So, we can’t even begin to figure this out. Apparently women in Japan are falling in love with a handsome gorilla.
He’s a silverback gorilla named Shabani, and he’s at the Higashiyama Zoo
in Nagoya, Japan. He’s extremely muscular,
WORLD NEWS: Pope Francis plans to chew coca leaves _Cocaine Ingredient- in Bolivia
Pope Francis has told the Bolivian government that he would like to chew
coca leaves when he visits the Andean country next month, a Bolivian
minister said on state television and radio on Sunday. Situated
at around 3,650 meters (11,975 ft) above sea level, La Paz is one of
the world's highest capital cities and for centuries local people have
chewed coca leaves to ward off the effects of altitude.
CURRENT AFFAIRS: Governor Aregbesola pays workers December salary
The Chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress in Osun State, Mr. Jacob
Adekomi, said on Tuesday, that Governor Rauf Aregbesola has approved
the payment of December, 2014 salary for workers in the state. Adekomi, who said this at a press conference he addressed after a
meeting with the government delegation led by Chief of Staff, Mr.
Gboyega Oyetola, added that the governor also approved the payment of
the 30 per cent balance of November salaries of some workers who were yet to be paid in full.
